Our two-sanding head wide belt sander can accommodate your sanding needs up to 6" thick and up to 36" wide. Thickness tolerance is ±.005". |
| Ripsaw |
Our Rip Saw with an automated Opti-Rip System can handle your ripping needs up to 2-1/2" thick and 24" wide. We can straight-line rip one edge or gang rip from your rip list requirement. Using arbor simulation we help you achieve your maximum rip yield. Rip width tolerance is ± .010". Several Rip reports are available upon request. |

With our Double Mitre Chop Saw and Vee Nail Frame Assembly machine, G & D can assemble your molding orders into frames ranging in size from 6" minimum length to 96" maximum length, with a tolerance of ± 1/32". |

G & D can chop your molding orders to specific lengths with a tolerance of ± .015"
