How to Place and Order

You can place an order or get a quote for your project in several ways:

After you have submitted your quote request to G & D, and have received your quotation, you can place your order in several ways:

• Call us and place your order. Make sure to have your quick quote number handy.
• Mail us your order. Include you quick quote number and payment (see payment methods below).
• Fax us your order. Remember to include your quick quote number. Note that orders can not be processed without payment (except for pre-approved commercial customers).

Important Information when Ordering Custom Millwork

• Custom molding order in our standard profiles and standard species usually ship from our manufacturing facility within 2 weeks.
• Custom molding orders for new profiles or non-standard species can usually ship from our manufacturing facility in 5 weeks.
• Be certain to order enough material or specify your lengths to avoid additional set-up charges.
  Random Lengths: All lengths are random and will vary from 3' to 16'. When ordering random lengths, include extra footage for waste.
  Specific Lengths: Specific lengths are not always necessary, especially for larger quantities. Request for specific lengths may increase the linear foot cost of the molding.

Important Information when ordering Custom Louvers

• Custom louver orders in our standard species usually ship from our manufacturing facility within 2 weeks.
• All louver orders must include the actual louver core size.
• Custom louver orders for non-standard species can usually ship from our manufacturing facility in 5 weeks.

Cancellations
Order cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee relating to labor and materials for your order.

Delivery Time
Delivery Time for custom orders are produced on a first ordered first served basis. Please remember orders will not be processed until payment is received. Quick Ship programs are available for standard items, quantity limits apply. Please call for availability.
